Devon was a really patient polite knowledgable technician, who most certainly went the extra mile in assisting me for approx.an hour and a half in resolving a major speed issue that we been experiencing from the beginning of December 2023 till yesterday 23/01/2024, as well as logging the call out with Octotel, and keeping me updated as to their appointment time, and then phoning me afterwards yo ensure it was sorted, weldone Devon, a good example of how service should be in SA, which is sorely lacking thank you Steve Clemo
