10mb/s Payed and only getting 20kb/s

Clearaccess is our wifi provider. We are billed R800 a month for a untethered 10mb/s Fibre. Since the start of the contract we tried to phone them and get someone in to fix the slow internet speed (20kb/s), but it is always the same answer. "We will phone you back" or "We will send someone" and still no service. Very poor service and the quality of the product is worse. Be smart. Choose a different company for your wifi needs
