Very very bad service

Very very poor/bad and disgusting service from cell direct. Did an upgrade online three weeks ago for the Telkom March Big Deal ( 10G anytime data and pocket router ) I was contacted by one of the agents from cell direct and my upgrade was finalized.

To get straight to the point, upon today ( 04/04/2019 ) my modem was not delivered. According to them, the courier company they use were unable to get hold of me but I never got an sms or call from the courier company to tell me that my parcel is scheduled for delivery, like most of the courier companies do. I had to phone cell direct for the past three weeks to ask why my router was not delivered and everytime I get the same answer " the courier company didn't get hold of you". The courier company they use, Courier It is just as bad because it is their responsibility to contact me when they did not get hold of me or contact me to say they at my delivery address. Very disappointed in Telkom and their "partners" namely Cell Direct which does their online applications and Cell Direct's courier "partner" namely Courier It.
