They SHOULD be closed down!!!

My question is how is a company like cell direct able to still trade?? So I upgrade my one contract, spoke to a very friendly lady who was on the ball with selling to me. Then a week later I still have not received my device so I mission to contact again and I am told that it was due to no contact so they cancelled it? Then they want to offer me a different device which is not what I have requested and does not have the specs of the phone that I wanted! This business should be closed looking at the poor service comments on Hello Peter. They have been in breach of the consumer protection act in so many cases!
