THE UNFAITHFUL AND ******** CELL DIRECT

A sales person called me towards the end of March reminding me that my contracts are to be upgraded. I did confirm that and the upgrade was done. I requested that the cellphones be delivered in Durban since I will be there from 27 March to 3 April. To cut the story short I collected the items from Courier IT in Durban. After I realised that the cellphones P40 Huaywei are not google supported. I called the company (Cell Direct) on several times and every time I am told that they will as a technician to call me and no one calls. I no longer want these phones and I want them returned so that I can be able to get google supported phones. This is not good and fair sales approach since they are aware that there are phones that are not supported by google. I am also engaging the Consumer Council in this matter for intervention.
