Telkom/Cell direct poor service

I received a call from Cell Direct guy begging me to take Telkom LTE router as i was due for an upgrade. we agreed on 40G for R250 but he delivered 10G for +R300,a data plan that don't even exist at telkom. He submitted no document as a form of contract or anything like that. Nxa!
