Telkom is outsourcing their Upgrades to Bad Service Companies

I recently had a very persuasive call centre agent convince me to take out a Telkom Mobile contract upgrade within 23 months of the contract Every thing went well & i deceided to upgrade, 3 dys went by & no news from the Courier company that was suppose to deliver my phone, When i tried phoning Telkom i was told that it was an out sourced company doing the upgrade & i must call their Cape Town office, only to find out its a voice message that when pressing option 1 cuts you off. No resposnse from Them or Telkom.That is really bad service from Telkom.
