Service - What service?

I was called by Cell Direct for an upgrade. The upgrade was done, only to find out that handset was not in stock. Cell Direct did not bother to inform me that handset was out of stock. when asked, "What now and what about the contract agreement that handset would be delivered with 5-10 days", the response was it is not their problem. when I asked that a "so called manager call me back" and "when will I be called?", the call was ended from Cell Direct. when I called back, the call was picked up and ended immediately when I tried to speak. the service from Cell Direct was not of the standard that I expected of a service provider. My advice to future prospective clients is to think twice before you make use of this company
