POOR SERVICE

I am called almost 5 times a day to be offered a new product. I have requested multiple times only for them to call me only when an upgrade is due yet they haven't made not of this. In addition they offer me products that I already have with Telkom and are extremely arrogant even when I politely that the marketer that I am not interested. Very poor quality of service!
