Poor poor poor!! Cell C direct
I did an upgrade but n 17/11/21, was promised my handset would be delivered within 3-7 days, its now 13 days and still no handset.
When I phone them they have a different story every time.
Very rude people.

01 Dec 2021, 14:40Received a call from sales this morning to notify me that the person that did my upgrade made a mistake and should have notified me that Cell C does not have stock of iPhone 13 and they don't know when of if they will receive again. I told her that Cell C should then purchase one from Istore and deliver my phone, she said a manager would phone me, its now 6:30 later and still now call.
