Pathetic service from Cell direct and Telkom

What pathetic service from Cell Direct. It's almost two weeks since the incorrect colour phone has been delivered and still no word from Cell Direct after numerous calls from myself to them. I spoke to a Zulfa there Friday 23 Oct and she mentioned the dispute should have been resolved already. I said I did not receive one single call from Cell direct. She said I should speak to her manager and she promised to send him an email as he is working remotely. It's close of business 26 Oct and still no one bothered to call me to resolve the matter. I called Telkom also on Friday as I have a contract with Telkom and not Cell direct. I insisted that I speak to a manager as I am fed up with dealing with Cell direct. The manager at Telkom was also not available and the consultant promised me the manager will call me back. Here I am still waiting. Really pathetic service from both Telkom and Cell direct. It took them exactly two days to deliver the phone but now that I have a query they are not as proactive with their after sales service. Pity
