No service at all

I received two data contracts from them. The first data contract was on line after 5 days. My second data contract that is Telkom going 13 days now and cannot use it. After a few phone calls which you lucky to get trough I was promised 4 times that the service will be working the some day. Don't know what I need to do now. They give Telkom a bad name.
