No response, do they exist

I was contacted by cell direct w.r.t a contract, they sounded professional. but since i agreed on a contract with them i have not received the phone, nor the contract details via email. Trying to contact them is futile, they don't answer on any of the numbers. ********** / ********** .It is worrying as the admin fee has been deducted. Reading other reviews it would seem that this company cannot deliver. Struggling already even before i have the phone is a bad sign.
