No idea what they doing

If you ever think of upgrading or getting a new contract please do NOT use cell direct, they are quick to sell you the contract but if there are any problems they just wash there hand off you.

They promise the sun and the moon but you get nothing they promised, the exact some thing happen 2 years ago and I thought I will give them another change between cell direct and telkom they have no idea what the doing.
