No delivery on service

Charming sales assistant BUT once the sale is done the service ends - trying to get my new SIM activated and NOBODDY is available to do it - they don't cal, back as promised - more than 10 cal,a try I g to get new sim activated and Cell Direct just song Cate and don't process. BE VERY CAREFUL purchasing through Cell Direct. Lots of hassles, headaches frustrations & no delivery, responsibility or accountability. they just don't care.
