No delivery on promised date

I was phoned on Monday 15-01-2018 and a gentleman assisted me to upgrade to a Huawei P10 Plus for R249 per month. I was promised my device would be delivered on Thursday 18-01-2018. I also made it very clear that I cannot accept deliveries next week as I am unavailable. The device never came on 18-01-2018, it is now the 19th and still nothing. I am trying to get through to them as I don't want to be liable for delivery fees if it is trying to be delivered next week as I made it very clear. I was asked to call 081123, but cannot get through to them. I listen to a machine for about 6 minutes before getting cut off. This is unacceptable.
