NO AUTHORITY TO CALL ME

I called Cell C and asked them to make a note on system that I am NEVER contacted by them again. <br> I am extremely happy with being with them, but I don't have the time for their spam. I get endless sms's and calls from them and Cell direct to sell me new contracts/upgrades, which I have told them on numerous occasions that I'm not interested. <br> <br> I then get called again and have had enough and asked for a manager at Cell Direct and got to Kim.<br> She promised that somebody would call me back to sort this out and that I am never contacted again. <br> I asked for a contact number so I can speak to her to follow up. (Knowing that she would NOTHING regarding my complaint)<br> A week went by where nobody contacted me, so I called the number she gave me and she gave me a **** number. I am FURIOUS. They need to fire this woman. Who does she think she is to do that?<br> <br> I need a call and I need it immediately!<br> I also need R1000 as per my last discussion with cell c, for every call I get from them.
