My package was delivered to wrong address

My package was delivered to wrong address. I supp**** the correct details. I watched the the vehicle a few hundred meters down the road turn around and left. In noticing this I called the company only to be told the driver does not have a cellphone and he can't be contacted. The incorrect phone was delivered to me yesterday, Monday 6 November 2023.
