lies to get costumes

i was called by a cell c agent to sell me a data contract, because i needed the data i agreed to take a contract with these. is my second month now and since the first of i cant connect to the internet i have been trying since the 1st and today is the 9th i still cant connect. i might been on the phone for over 30 hours at the call center trying to sort out this problem but no one knows whats wrong. today i went to the cell c store in brooklyn and they suggested i buy another simcard for R120 to see if this will help which she is not sure off and if it does help they are not sure if this will not happen again, if those work possibly i might have to buy new simcard each and eveyrday just to go into the internet
