Important Information withheld when purchasing a device

I purchased a Huawei P40 lite during the course of 2021 online from Cell Direct, the consultant that sold me the device didn’t tell me the phone doesn’t have any Google Services on it ... my phone started having technical issues in 2022 shortly after I started using it ...I only started using it in 2022 after my previous device LSD cracked... I took it to 2 different Huawei stores (Sandton and Melrose) it was factory reset in Melrose only for the issues to start soon after that ... when I called Cell Direct to enquire If they would be able to assist me in March they advised that nothing can be done on their side and I should call Telkom .... when I called Telkom they advised me that I would be responsible for the cost to repair the device. please beware when purchasing a device from Cell Direct because after you receive the device and start using it, if any issues occur you are on your own
