False informaion on package deals

I have just upgraded to a router, the agent phoned me and said that I get 500mb night shift and 10gigs anytime, now i find out the 10gigs is just for 6 months, i would like Cell Direct to check that call as all call were recorded to determine where the agent informed me it was just for 6 months, this is absolutely a *******. Try phoning them but hopeless as the phone rings and just goes to engage.
