received a call from cell direct at 13:57 on the 19 of November for my best friend. I told her my friwnd isn't here can I take a message, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with ***** as she says my friend wanted 2 phones ? When I asked if I can help her she said no \cleaned her teeth"and said \""what the ****\"". If you can't be patient when calling to inquire something don't. Don't let stupid *****es with ugly attitudes call out if they have no way of talking to a customer. I would like for this to be looked into and make sure she doesn't work on calls as you will loose customers bc of this bad agent. And I am a cell c customer but I can assure you I will be leaving. I am insulted by that and personally think cell c takes on anyone and needs to take responsibility for this rude agents who sounds like she is 15.
