Complaint for Cell Direct

Cell direct delivered a phone that wasn't the one I asked for. Therefore I told them to come fetch it and cancel everything to do with the phone. I didn't want it anymore. I thought the contract was with Telkom but it was actually with cell direct. But Telkom was the one to debit. I called Telkom and they referred me to cell direct. I called them and they said they'd cancel it. But last month(February) they debited money from my account. I went and reversed it cause I mean I can't pay for something I don't have/use. Surprisingly this month again they debited from my account. I went to Telkom and we tried calling them but they didn't pick up any of the calls I do not appreciate any of this at all.
