celldirect service

<p>Celldirect service is very poor. I have been waiting for a package for a very long time and I haven't received it. They keep calling me saying the package will be delivered on the day they call so I should stay at home in order to receive it but this to no avail. I tried calling them their number is always busy. I think this is customer inconvenience and very unprofessional. They should do better! </p>
