Cell Direct vs Telkom

I recieved a call from Cell Direct trying to sell me a telkom line. I asked for a uncapped line and the lady sold me an LTE wifi router, claiming that i can expect speeds of between 90 and 100 mbps. When using the device the speeds were nowhere near 90mbps. I catered for the obvious data traffic over the line but still found that 10mbps was still very far away from the promised speed. After calling Telkom they confirmed that my speed was indeed 10mbps and that they dont even offer higher speeds in that range for LTE. Telkom basically told me that i was miss informed and that Cell direct need to answer for this. Needless to say approaching Cell direct was useless. They asked for my ID number and then "radio silence". Randall Muller was also unhelpful, blaming telkom. Telkom has now unfortunately lost my business, i will never use them again as they too seem uninterested in regulating their Service providers after i laid a complaint. As for Cell Direct...i would love to know how you stayed in business all this time?
