Cell direct is ****

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service of this company is the worst I have ever experienced. In the beginning of this year telkom called me to say I have a contract upgrade available. I went into the store but no one could help me upgrade because of low stock. I then ordered the phone online through cell direct and they said it will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Upon reaching the 7th working day we called to check where the phone is, and their reply was simply they did not put the order through. When we tried to order again they just said sorry we don’t have stock. How is it possible to be so bad at a job and not even be bothered. To give you an Idea the process has been taking a month with no help.
