Cell direct gives false information on special package deals

<p>They promised me an extra phone with my upgrade for only R99 a month extra, now when I have received the account they have charged me for a number of extra add ons that were not requested.</p> <p>Now they have suspended the phones.</p> <p>The agreement was to only pay at the end of november and that amount was to be R230 but they sent me an account for R817.90.</p> <p>I have paid R365.00 on my account and now they are asking for R575.35</p> <p>This is tottaly incorrect as per agreement, in my opinion celldirect says one thing and does another and adds add ons not requested just as they please. This is in my opinion is **********.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like an immediate response and rectification of my account and my phones unsupended forthwith.</p> <p>If no response is received and no action taken I will have no other option but to take further action.</p> <p>Totally unsatisfied customer.</p>
