Cell Direct and Telkom ****mmmmmmers

Cell direct makes promises to get you to renew your contract through them and then they make it absolutely impossible to get hold of them, and if you are lucky and you do, you are sent from pillar to post. I will never again renew through them, they have done nothing but cause trouble for me, instead of renewing two of my existing 3 contract they made them new contract, what am i supposed to do with 2 extra numbers, i pay for them but cant get the benefit! Useless just like Telkom!
