Cell C Direct, poor follow through!

I completed two of my three upgrades, was told that they had stock of my desired device, now two weeks later I have had little to no feedback, wasnon phone for over 30 minutes been pushed from pillar to post. Had a Cell C person put the phone down on me after waiting to have called answered for 15Mins. No one can help...have three contracts, been with cell c since 1999,not happy
