Be warned

Please be aware of this marketing company called Cell Direct that Telkom uses for their telesales. I have been receiving calls from them for over a week until I answered. They called to inform me that my contract is due for an upgrade and tried to sell me new contract.

Lucky for me, I knew exactly when my contract would be coming to an end and demanded that the manager call me so that the sales department does not try to sell me ********** deals. Don't be afraid to call them out on it and let them know you're not to be fooled.

Always keep a check as to when your contract will be terminating to avoid being ****med by desperate, hounding telesales. I believe telkom should be taken up on this matter with regards to the marketing companies that are de*****ing innocent people into signing contracts that they aren't due for and using the network.
