Bad Service no Delivery

I was called for a upgrade on wireless Router end of September, they were eager to deliver and was delivered but this has not been activated its the 28th Oct now !!! but one must pay for the month<br> <br> not realizing the same people called around the 12th Oct for a cell upgrade as its also due 100% I will take this<br> and now its 28th Oct still waiting for delivery,<br> BUT they have cut my cell number off last Friday already b4 getting the new package<br> <br> you call the helpdesk *** and other numbers which I don't have on hand now<br> this rings and rings and then goes dead.<br> <br> my cell that is de-activated is my office cell by the way just hang in there bud don't worry :(:(<br> what the hec am I supposed to do wait for one of the competent operator and Co. to call me now <br> we only nearly finished with this month anyway <br> highly disgusted !!!<br>
