BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am not happy. I was approved for a laptop by Cell C on the 03rd of October and I have been waiting for delivery since and today when I called, I was told that the device is out of stock, and no one even bothered to call me and tell me this. Now today I have been calling them since morning and they keep transferring me to different departments. Yooooo this is stressing. Such a big company
