BAD BAD SERVICE

Worst service yet received, I have been expecting my phone on the week of the 25th February, and yet have not received a call nor reference number or progress on the status of this request. I have paid the R90 for some sort of once off fee and told that I will receive the phone 7 to 10 working days thereafter. When trying to get hold of you there is no answer, I also spoke to a Michaela at reception and was told that she would have someone call me back, it has been 3 days later and still no call.
