Arrogant Service and Poor people skills and telephone etiquette!!

These guys are a ruthless bunch off arrogant people with no respect. Firstly they messed up my contracts where I had to fight for 3 weeks to get it fixed. These guys do not listen to anything a client says as long as they make a sale. The Lady calling me today regarding my contract was so rude and arrogant not even giving me chance to explain and talking over me. She asked me to drop the call and I refused so she just left me hanging. Well guess what CELL DIRECT, YOU CAN GO FLY A KITE, I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO MAKE USE OFF YOU - EVER!!!!
