Rude Receptionist and No Response for 2 weeks!!
It comes with a heavy heart that l have to write this review. What started as such a lovely relationship has turned into something horrible. It feels like one needs protection from its own lawyer. From a rude rude horrible receptionist to no response or call back in over 2 weeks it seems like one is not even that important anymore. Geoffrey seems to be the only one who knew customer service. Jan and his receptionist are non chalant and do not care whatsoever. Really sad.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable customer service I experienced today with your Pretoria office receptionist, Nina.I called to request an update on the progress of my claim. Instead of providing assistance, Nina instructed me to simply leave my details or call back in three days, as the attorney was unavailable. When I expressed concern over repeatedly receiving the same standard reply and mentioned I would prefer to visit the office to get clarity, she abruptly told me I was not allowed to visit.Furthermore, when I asked her to wait so I could finish explaining my concerns, she rudely accused me of being rude to her.As a client, I expect to be treated with basic professional courtesy. Nina’s dismissive attitude, unwillingness to let me speak, and overall poor customer service do not reflect well on your firm.I request that management review this call and address this behavior. I also request that my assigned attorney contacts me directly with an update on my file.

Terrible service
My experience with Nicky Campbell and Gunther has been very disappointing. I first approached them in September 2025 regarding a rescission of a debt review order. I was advised that the process would be straightforward, yet it took until February 2026 just to have the documents finalised. Since then, communication has been virtually non-existent. Emails are routinely ignored, and I receive no updates regarding the status of my matter. Despite the lack of progress and communication, they have had no issue continuing to collect their monthly debit order. The most frustrating part is the complete absence of client service. When you are dealing with a matter that has a significant impact on your financial future, you expect regular communication and some indication that your case is being actively managed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I am very much disappointed with Campbell, they have been handling my mother's raf case since 2019 , they never communicate with us . we have been sending emails but they take forever to respond. Only now that they send a letter stating that court date is in 2030, when we ask that cant they get a date that is sooner because my mothers condition is critical and we can no longer afford the medical bills. They never respond
