Rude Receptionist and No Response for 2 weeks!!

It comes with a heavy heart that l have to write this review. What started as such a lovely relationship has turned into something horrible. It feels like one needs protection from its own lawyer. From a rude rude horrible receptionist to no response or call back in over 2 weeks it seems like one is not even that important anymore. Geoffrey seems to be the only one who knew customer service. Jan and his receptionist are non chalant and do not care whatsoever. Really sad.
