WARNING: Very POOR service at Cell C Fibre to the Home

Very very disappointed with Cell C Fibre to the Home....Wifi off since Sunday (01/11/2020) and contacted Cell C Fibre to the Home call center approximately 8 times and sent 4 emails to *** but after several promises nothing has been done to rectify the problem ...I've spoken to Pretty and Jabu (so called LINE MANAGER)....Jabu promised the problem should be solved within 24 hours but still nobody has even contacted me... NOTHING!!!! I will definitely NOT recommend anyone to consider CELL C as a service provider.... Their service is BEYOND poor!!!
