Poor Service Cell C Fiber

I have logged numerous queries with Cell C to migrate my Fiber, there's already Fiber installed at my new place, for the past 2 weeks I been struggling to get any feedback from them regarding the migration.

If I cancel they tell me about the 24 months contract, but for almost a month now I am not using the Fiber.
