Poor Service and over charges

Cell C Fibre has the worst service and most unprofessional manner of dealing with clients faults and customers. My account was double charged and they kept on deducting money from my back account for two fibre connections whilst I only had one. Then my service got suspended. After numerous complaints the service was activated again. This went on for months, every time it gets suspended and when I file the query its gets activated again. They now have over charged me with R4650.00 and keep on deducting money from my account and today my internet service is off again. The finance department can not be reached. The after sales service support teams are hopeless. The consultant can not do anything. So therefor I will now cancel my contract and take them to the ombutsman to get my money back. There are ISP standing ques to take my money.

Cell C you will return my money and re-imburse me for every day that my service was suspended.
