Pathetic,******** Cell C/C fibre!!!

I am starting to thing Cell C/ C fibre is a genuine ******** enterprise!! After 6 days of no internet, tons of useless "tickets" issued, 15 phonecalls and MANY emails I still have no internet which effects my Income drastically. I then gave up on fixing it and emailed their "support" centre(ironic name) to do early cancelation( 5 days as Im moving to another ISP) only to get no calls/ responses and just made to wait while my Work falls apart without connectivity.. There is... SURPRIZE SURPRIZE....NO line for Cancellations of WiFi so they have you completely by the *****. What worries me is how many people are complaining that after the 1 month notice they still don't release the line.... I am Genuinlry concerned that I am wound up in some sort of ********ity here!! DISGUSTED!!!
