No Connection C Fibre

Cell C Fibre has been off since yesterday. I work from home which means this is a massive problem for me. Phoned a few times only to informed that their is a national problem and they are working on it. Well not good enough!!! Am I going to get discount on my premium for the hours/days that I have no service? Pathetic! I am on a month to month so please send me suggestions of other fibre companies!
