Fibre not working - C-Fibre/Frogfoot

Still struggling with C Fibre after months and months of intermittent connectivity and the best part is that after every case i log i hear the same speech from the agents. Yes and none have got back to me...

I have reopened the case that I have logged with ICASA as a result of such terrible service with CellC.
