Cell C Fibre WORST SERVICE for fibre

Good day. If anyone is interested in a fibre line from Cell C Fibre, dont bother. They dont have staff that can help you to get a username and password to get your account activated. I have been battling for a week just to get a username and pasword. Ive dealt with a guy named "Siya" who intoduced us into getting a Cell C line. Ive also dealt with "Thapelo" from the customer call centre. A guy from Cell C came to my house and tried to connect my fibre, but even he said he cant do anything without the user name and password. If and When you get in contact with anyone their answer is we must wait 24h to 48h to get the required details, ITS BEEN A WEEK!! 7DAYS LATER!! STILL NO INTERNET!!! PLS GUYS DONT JOIN THEIR SERVICE!!!!! You will only waste your time and airtime!! They CANNOT assist you. USE OTHER PROVIDERS Regards Mr Jacobs
