Cell C Fibre is Useless!!!

I am disgusted with #cellcfibre as I have been trying for months to sort out a payment of R3000 that was done and then a month later R5000 was deducted from my account because they suddenly decided to not honour my debit order but go back to a credit card that was put on file when I app**** for the service.

I have phoned and mailed and escalated this so many times but the consultants are just plain useless!!!

Nobody at this company cares about the customer, not even the so-called team leaders and management.

I have been with Cell C as a company for 8 years but now considering leaving them and cancelling all my contracts with them. I know now why they are battling financially, because how can you not sort out something so simple even the ticket and reference numbers can't be tracked and followed up on.

This is probably the worst telecoms company in the country!!!
