Cell C Fibre has the worst services ever

They are the worst service provider ever when it comes to fixing a network problem. Cell C kept sending me to Vumatel then Vumatel kept saying the internet problem is with Cell C yet Cell C said otherwise. I've been with Cell C for more than 3 years but now that I have very poor connection( yet I pay R1,028.01 per month for 20Mbs Uncapped) no body seems to be available for help. I've called their Customer Service provider for a week now and every time I call Cell C, they make me go through the same routine of switching the router on and off, checking speed which never works, then they finally ask which number they can reach me on and that they will get back to me. No body calls me there after and when I call the next 1 day, they go through the same routine with me everytime. It's so frustrating and I'm deciding to cancel their services and get a different service provider. My internet has been down for 3 months yet I'm working from home.
