C fibre so unprofessional

I got a call from Zoom fibre on the 27th of Feb selling me different packages and I ended up choosing Cell C package (C fibre), they were suppose to call me and activate my WiFi.. But from that day I’m the one who’s always calling for my WIFi to be activated and I’m not getting any help. I’ve written so many emails and made so many calls and they not getting back to me.. For 17 days now, they so unprofessional,especially their call center.. I spoke to a lady yesterday and she said she will definitely call me back and she never did, they always say that. I’m trying to get the different service provider on zoom fibre because of inconvenience and they say I can’t because I’m active on Cell C
