C FIBRE PATHETIC SERVICE-MANAGERS UNAVAILABLE

We have logged several calls from last week Thursday 26 September and Cell C have been giving us lie upon lie. All managers are constantly in meetings and can never speak to us. We have to use our airtime and hold online for ages, only to be transferred to more *********** people from the call centre that tells us the same lies. We have no phone (VOIP) or internet for 6 days now and Cell C are still not treating this as urgent. No one is getting back to us or treating this with the urgency that's needed.
