C Fibre - not worth the hassle as a customer

The absolute worst customer experience since I have taken out a wifi package with them. Dealing with new systems that cannot integrate flawlessly with old systems and having my credit score adversely affected due to systems that dont work properly and staff who dont know how to fix or handle the issues. Being passed from one person to the next constantly with no clarification, and then being left without internet despite having paid for the service. They will not refund you (pro-rata or otherwise) for their lack of service. Feedback from support and admin is also few and far between.
