C fibre

My cel c fibre was installed as a black friday special,everything free even installation which can be confirmed via whatsapp messages,with the sales rep and was told I could cancel my contract any time if not happy, its a month to month contract. internet gave problems, cancelled, and now I am being debited a month extra already, and a claw back fee of R3776.86 !
