Account issues
Good day,
PLEASE DON'T IGNORE! THIS IS URGENT!
I joined C Fibre last May and due to some initial account issues on my side with debit orders, everything ran smoothly for a couple of months.
However, for the past 6 months or so, I have had never ending issues with harrassing phone calls from call centre staff telling me I haven't paid.
On one occasion my service was cut, I then phoned the call centre and the staff member who I spoke to was adamant I was in arrears from October 2018. I told her that that was impossible as I have made payment every month via Easy Pay and she did not want to hear anything, just stuck to her story. I disconnected and phoned again and got a much more understanding staff member this time, and although she gave me the same s**** as the previous staff member, she offered to escalate it to accounts for me. About an hour later I got a call from the accounts department and the staff member confirmed that I was not in arrears and reconnected my service.
Since then I have received monthly phone calls from staff at call centre telling me again, that I am in arrears and when I explain what happened previously they either choose to ignore me or just don't believe me. I have asked on these phone calls to speak to someone in the accounts department to no avail.
I have sent numerous emails asking for someone in accounts to contact me, no response.
I emailed two weeks ago asking for a recon to be done on my account, to be advised what my outstanding balance is on my fibre installatation, CPE device etc. I do not receive any email reply. I have had calls, which I have been unable to answer as I am in training and cannot speak on the phone.
Right now, I have quite frankly had it and want to cancel with the required notice period.
I would appreciate it if someone from the accounts department could send me an email to establish a line of communication with regards to the above.
This is extremely urgent as I require my service for work and cannot afford any interruptions in service.
Kind regards,
